Altius warranty — this is our warranty to you.
Standing desks (Start, Core, Hero, Daylight, Pro, Spark, Forge, Forge Pro): 5 years on electronics (motors, control box, keypad, power) and 10 years on the steel frame, to the original owner, for household / office use.
Chairs (Start Chair, Mesh Pro, Apex, Apex XL): 2 years on parts, to the original owner, for household / office use.
Cable Kit: 2 years on the keypad and included hardware, to the original owner.
What this does not cover: misuse, missing hardware, modifications, commercial abuse we did not spec, or normal wear on PU, mesh, casters, and finishes. Optional underglow, if selected, follows the desk electronics term. We do not claim certification file numbers on this page.
